1. The paint film possesses high corrosion resistance of electrophoretic paint and also has excellent light resistance and outside ageing resistance of acrylic lipid paint, which belongs to undersurface painting of two-in-one.
2. The paint film is water-white and transparent, especially with good leveling property, high glossiness, excellent adhesion and fine fullness as well as high hardness.
3. It adopts excellent formula and the imported products for materials after modification，thus，it is of stable。The solvent resistance and acid and alkali resistance of the film is excellent. The electrophoretic paint possesses excellent water solubility and tolerance of impurity resistance. The bath solution has features including good stability, stable production, liable for maintenance and management, easy operation and reliable quality. 4. Due to the excellent water solubility of our products, the electrophoretic efficiency is high, the electrophoretic voltage is lower(90-120V),the time is shorter(30-160s). The bath solution is blue light and translucent with high acid resistance, generally no special exchange of anion bed ion is required, which can save a lot of cost of hydrochloric acid, pure water, labors and electric power, etc, and extends the service life of ion exchange resin as well as reduces the cost of production. The cost of comprehensive use is low. It is liable to maintain, manage and operate. The bath solution has good stability, and no special maintenance is required.

Package and Storage

1. Package：50 kilograms or 200 kilograms / barrel, packed in plastic barrel.

2. Store in the dry and ventilated warehouse at 0- 30℃, no sunlight exposure is allowed, and keep away from heat source and fire. In the meantime, take care to avoid freezing at low temperature in the winter.

3. The effective storage life is 12 months. If it exceeds 12 months, it can also be used when passing inspections.
